1. Acceptance

By accessing or using GeraOS and any Gera Systems product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Gera Services Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.

2. Services

GeraOS provides access to the Gera Systems platform, which includes AI operating infrastructure, agent coordination, shared authentication, payment processing, and access to 36 Gera products. Features are provided “as is” and may change without prior notice.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. One account grants access to all Gera products. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use GeraOS for unlawful purposes, to transmit harmful content, or to interfere with the platform's operation. Automated access (bots, scrapers) is prohibited without prior written consent.

5. Intellectual Property

All platform content, code, trademarks, and designs are owned by Gera Services Ltd. You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant Gera Systems a licence to use it to operate the platform.

6. Payments

Paid features are processed by Stripe and local payment providers. All payments are in the currency displayed at checkout. Refunds are subject to the refund policy of each individual Gera product.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gera Services Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for direct damages shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us at info@gera.services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
